A New Way to Manage How You Review Translations
We're giving you more control when you review automatic translations in Multilingual Sites
When you create a Multilingual Site, SimDif guides you through reviewing the automatic translation of each piece of text before you publish.
Automatic translation has improved considerably in recent years, but relying on it alone still carries a real risk: a poor translation can leave a bad impression on both your readers and Google.
Translation Review is on by default, but now it's your choice
When you hit Publish, the review process that guides you from one piece of text to the next is enabled by default.
You can now turn it off.
If you believe your readers won't mind too much, or if you're simply in a hurry, you can publish your translated site without going through the review process.
How far can you actually trust automatic translation?
A quick review goes a long way. Even if you choose to skip the process at first, consider asking a translator, or a friend who is a native speaker, to review the automatic translation with you.
Your readers and Google will appreciate it.
