Go to the Contact page of your website and scroll down. The chat block is located below the contact form. Here you can enable the live chat.
To access the your customer chats go to the commutations area (green button, bottom right) and select the "Chat" panel.
Make sure to enable the switch 'I am visible online' if you want your visitors to see you are online and be able to use the live chat to contact you.
The live chat can only be answered from the app (on iOS and Android devices).
Note: Make sure to answer your customers immediately or they may leave your site before making contact.
Alternatively, you may add communication buttons to link people to your social communication apps, like Messenger or WhatsApp. This is a more effective way of communicating with your customers.
