If you have a subscription with an email provider like Google Workspace, you can easily link your email to your domain name in YorName.
The exact steps depend on the instructions of your provider, but you will usually need to create one or more MX records.
1. Log in to YorName
● Login with your SimDif credentials in the YorName app, or visit yorname.com in a browser.
2. Select your domain
3. Tap on "Edit DNS records"
4. Tap on "Add a Record"
● Set MX in the top dropdown menu.
● Enter @ in the "Name" field.
● Set the "Priority" and "Target" field values according to the instructions of your email provider.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 if your provider has additional MX servers.
If needed, add TXT records for domain verification, SPF, DKIM or DMARC, following your provider's instructions.
Note: In most cases, only one email service should be connected to a domain. If MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records already exist in YorName, modify them instead of adding new ones.
(Take note of the old values just in case.)
