Zoho offers free business email accounts for a domain name you own, like mydomain.com
Create a Free Zoho Account:
1. Create a Zoho account using your regular email address.
2. Check your email inbox and copy-paste the OTP (one-time password) into Zoho.
3. Select the free plan for your organization.
4. In your Zoho account, add your domain name and fill in the form about your organization.
5. Verify your domain ownership using a TXT record:
● Copy the TXT record from Zoho.
● In YorName, go to your domain and click on "Edit DNS Records".
● Click "Add a Record", choose "TXT" and paste what you copied from Zoho into the field labelled "Target".
● Wait 1 hour.
6. In your Zoho account, create your business email address, for example [email protected]
7. Add the 3 MX records provided by Zoho into your domain name. (Use your YorName account to paste the MX record – a kind of DNS record – into your domain name, then wait for 1 hour)
8. Add the SPF record provided by Zoho as a TXT record in your YorName account.
9. Add the DKIM record provided by Zoho as a TXT record in your YorName account. Copy-paste its name & value, then ask Zoho to verify it.
