Why isn't there direct phone or live chat support available?
SimDif was designed with a user-friendly interface, and extensive guidance on website creation, with the aim of reducing the need for constant support.
Our main goal was to provide the Pro version at a competitive price, and make it one of the most cost-effective website builders worldwide.
Introducing phone-based hotline support in 15 languages would have required us to double the price of the Pro version.
How quickly can I expect a response?
We commit to responding to questions, messages, and emails within 12 hours. Don't be surprised if it is actually much less. It can, sometimes, be a bit more.
