How to remove ‘Not Secure” from your website
“Not Secure” warnings appear in browsers when a website does not have https:// in front of its address.
SimDif automatically installs free https / SSL certificates on all ...simdif.com domains, and on all custom domain names registered at YorName.com
If you have a custom domain name from another provider, and you are using it for a SimDif Pro site, you will need to do one of 2 things:
1. Transfer it to us, for a very reasonable price, at YorName.com
You will automatically get a free SSL certificate, and you can use your domain with any Starter (Free), Smart or Pro site.
Go to ‘Site Settings’ > ‘Site Address - Domain Name’ > ‘Transfer an existing domain name to YorName.com’.
2. If you want to stay with your current domain provider, for example because you have an email account hosted with them, please contact us via the help button, and we’ll be happy to create an SSL certificate for you.
