We've added a new way to get help inside SimDif. It's called Kai Chat, and it's the quickest way to get an answer to almost any question about building your website, in your own language.
Ask in Your Own Words
Kai Chat is a chat assistant powered by AI. You type your question the way you'd say it out loud, and Kai answers right away.
It draws on our full library of more than 250 FAQs, plus the details of your own account, so you get an answer that fits the site you're actually working on, not a generic one.
And because Kai answers from our own help content, its answers are almost always right. It's still AI, so might occasionally be wrong, but it's far more reliable than a general chatbot.
Your Data Stays Private
Kai uses relevant details from your account to give you a useful answer, but your personal data isn't shared with the AI model.
This follows our Charter for the Ethical Use of AI, the same rule we've kept since we first introduced Kai Step-by-Step to help you improve your site almost 3 years ago.
A Person Is Always One Tap Away
Kai can answer most questions right away. For anything it can't answer, you're never left alone with the machine.
To get help from a person, go to the Assistance tab. Our team replies within 24 hours. (And in less than 12 hours in most cases)
