How "Expand" writes full paragraphs from your rough notes

Nobody knows your business or project as well as you do. But knowing it and writing about it for a website are two different things. And writing website content can feel out of reach even when the knowledge is second nature. "Expand" is for exactly this. Type what you know in whatever form comes naturally, a few bullet points, half sentences, shorthand, and Kai writes it up as clear, well-organised paragraphs. The ideas stay yours; Kai does the wording.

How it works

Open a text block in the Text Editor, type or paste your notes, tap the egg icon, then tap "Expand".

Kai reads your notes, and the rest of the page for context, then writes them out in full. For longer content, Kai adds subheadings to keep the block readable, and can add a supporting detail or an example where one helps. Kai does not add ideas that are not in your notes.

The result appears in a yellow field. Use the pencil and egg on the toggle to compare it with your notes, then "Save" to keep it or "Cancel" to go back. After saving you can still edit by hand before you "Apply".

Getting a good result

• Give Kai the facts.

Names, places, prices, opening hours, what makes you different: the more specific your notes, the more specific the text. Kai will not invent what you leave out.

• One block, one subject.

"Expand" works on the block you are editing, so keep each block to one topic and give it a clear Block Title. Kai uses the title to keep the text on point.

• "Expand" also works on existing text.

On text that is already in full sentences, "Expand" tidies the spelling and grammar, improves the flow, and adds an example or two where useful.

• Then make it yours.

Read the result and change anything that does not sound like you. If the page already has some of your own writing on it, you can tap "My style" after "Expand" to have Kai rewrite the new text the way you write.

Availability

"Expand" is available in text blocks on Smart and Pro sites, in the 140 languages Kai writes in. In block titles, "Expand" is replaced by "SEO", to help your content be found by search engines.
