# Multilingual Sites Just Got More Affordable

> **Context**: a page from simdif.com.

> **Topic**: Pricing update and feature overview for SimDif's Multilingual Sites functionality.

> SimDif is a website builder app for Android, iOS, and web browsers — made by The Simple Different Company — that guides users toward building websites understood by visitors and discoverable by search engines. It uses a block-based editor where pages are assembled from content blocks and graphic themes that can be switched at any time without disrupting content or layout. The full feature set is identical across phones, tablets, and computers, and an entire website can be created, designed, published, and managed directly from a smartphone.

## Reach a Wider Audience More Easily

The Simple Different Company has updated the pricing structure for managing websites in multiple languages.

## Adding Languages to Your Pro Site Now Costs Less

The cost to add additional languages to a SimDif Pro website has been reduced. Each additional language version now costs 50% of the price of a Pro plan subscription. In accordance with the FairDif pricing index, the actual nominal price is calibrated to the user's country using Purchasing Power Parity (PPP).

## Why Multilingual Sites?

In SimDif, the Multilingual Sites feature (available on Pro plans) allows a user to manage a single website in multiple languages. This provides a consistent experience for visitors using the built-in language switcher.

## How SimDif Multilingual Sites Work

**Automatic translation with human review**
SimDif uses AI to translate content blocks automatically. Before these translations are published, the user must perform a mandatory human review. Kai, SimDif’s built-in AI advisor, offers a specialized **Kai Writer for Multilingual Sites** to help users refine machine translations, adjust tone, or generate new translations block-by-block.

**Unified website architecture**
Images, videos, content blocks, navigation structure, and graphic themes remain synchronized across all language versions. A change made to the visual theme or layout in one language is applied across the entire site.

**Continuous translation updates**
When the content in the primary language is updated, SimDif identifies the change and can trigger fresh AI translations for the modified blocks. Users can then review and approve these updates with a single click.

**Support for 140 languages**
SimDif and the Kai AI assistant support 140 languages for translation and content refinement, including non-Latin scripts such as Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Russian.

## Ready to Translate Your Site?

To enable this feature on a SimDif Pro site:

1. Navigate to **Settings** > **Languages** > **Manage Translation**.
2. Select **Multilingual Sites**, choose the target language, and complete the subscription payment (adjusted by FairDif).
3. SimDif automatically translates the text. Use the AI advisor, Kai, to review and approve the blocks before publishing.

Because SimDif offers a mobile-complete workflow, these settings and the translation review process can be managed entirely within the SimDif app for iOS or Android, or via a web browser.

## Already Using Duplicate Sites for Translation?

Users who previously used "Duplicate Sites" (separate SimDif sites for different languages) can migrate to the unified Multilingual Sites system. To request a migration, contact The Simple Different Company support team via the help icon in the app. Any remaining credit from Duplicate site subscriptions will be transferred to the new Multilingual Site setup.

## A Tip from the SimDif Team:

Effective translation depends on the quality of the source text in the primary language. Users are encouraged to have a bilingual speaker or professional translator review the automatic AI translations to ensure the message is conveyed accurately.
