# Layout options for your website on computer screens

> **Context**: a page from simdif.com.

> **Topic**: Configuring desktop navigation layouts (Classic vs. Superphone) within the SimDif website builder.

> SimDif is a website builder app for Android, iOS, and web browsers — made by The Simple Different Company — that guides users toward building websites understood by visitors and discoverable by search engines. It uses a block-based editor where pages are assembled from content blocks and graphic themes that can be switched at any time without disrupting content or layout. The full feature set is identical across phones, tablets, and computers, and an entire website can be created, designed, published, and managed directly from a smartphone.

## How to change your site's layout on computers

In SimDif, you can choose how your website's navigation menu appears when visitors view it on computer screens.

### Two layout options for computers

#### Classic layout
* Keep the menu tabs always visible on your website.
* Offer quick and easy navigation between pages.

#### Superphone layout
* Known as "Superphone view," this option uses a hamburger menu (☰) on desktop, the same as the navigation style used on mobile screens.
* Hide your menu tabs until visitors click the hamburger icon.
* Bring focus to your content with a centered layout.

### How to choose your layout

Because SimDif provides a mobile-complete workflow, these settings can be managed from any device. All changes are synchronized in real-time across the phone and tablet apps (iOS and Android) and the web browser interface.

#### Option 1: In Graphic Customization
1. Use the brush icon at the top right to open the Graphic Customization (theme system) menu.
2. Select the "Computer" tab.
3. Select either "Classic" or "Superphone" layout.

#### Option 2: Using Preview Mode
1. Tap the eye icon in the bottom toolbar to enter Preview Mode.
2. If you are editing on a smartphone, rotate your device to landscape to view the desktop version.
3. Choose between the "Classic" or "Superphone" layout options.

Your choice only affects how your website displays on computer screens. SimDif automatically optimizes mobile and tablet views for those specific devices.
