## How to customize the contact form of my website

In SimDif, the contact form is a specific type of content block. The level of customization available depends on the chosen SimDif plan:

* **Smart plan**: Users can edit the labels of the standard contact form fields.
* **Pro plan**: Users can edit labels and also add new fields to the form, such as multiple-choice fields, checkboxes, and more.

To edit a form, navigate to the Contact page in the SimDif app or browser interface and click directly on the contact form block to open the field editor and label settings.
