## How to Add an Ecwid store to your SimDif website

In SimDif, a website builder application made by The Simple Different Company, e-commerce features are available to users on the Pro plan. You can integrate an Ecwid Store using the following steps. Because SimDif features a mobile-complete workflow, these actions can be completed using the native apps for Android or iOS, or via a web browser.

### Step 1 – Create your Ecwid Store and connect it to your SimDif site

• First, create an account with Ecwid. In the SimDif app or browser interface, go to Site Settings > E-Commerce Solutions > Ecwid Online Store, and click on one of the buttons to go to Ecwid.

• Add your products, create product categories, and complete the setup of your store.

• Copy your Ecwid Store ID (an 8-digit number) found in the bottom left corner of the Ecwid Control Panel.

• Return to the SimDif Settings, select 'Enable Ecwid', paste your Store ID into the provided box, and select Apply.

### Step 2 – Add a category to a page of your SimDif site

• In the Ecwid interface, navigate to Catalog > Categories and select the category you wish to add to your site.

• Copy the link from your browser's address bar or use the share button to copy the URL.

• In SimDif, navigate to the page where you want to display your Product Category. Tap "Add a New Block" and choose the Ecwid Store block. In SimDif, a block is the fundamental unit of both page content and layout.

• Open the Ecwid Store block and paste the copied URL into the code box. Select “Check code”, then Apply, and finally Publish your site to make the changes live.

### Additional Information

You can adjust the visual appearance of your store, such as colors and fonts, by creating a new theme within the Ecwid Control Panel.

Ecwid also provides a dedicated app for managing your store on the go. This mobile management feature is available for Ecwid's Venture plan and above, with a 14-day trial available on their free plan.

**Please Note:**

SimDif supports the integration of an Ecwid Store or an Ecwid Category only through the method described above (Pro plan). The system does not currently support adding Single Products or Ecwid "Buy Now" Buttons directly to a SimDif site.
